Why do I need to verify my NETELLER account?
Verifying your identity with NETELLER will not only ensure the security of your account
but you will have access to higher limits and the ability to apply for the Net+ Prepaid Physical MasterCard.
Where do I verify my NETELLER account?
To start the verification process, click on the "Verify your identity" link in the Account Summary page.
If you do not see "Verify your identity" option, you will need to deposit money into the NETELLER account before
the "Verify your identity" option to appear.
What do I need to verify my NETELLER account?
You will need to provide government issued photo ID to verify your identity.
Identity documents will be in a form of a Passport, Driver's License or any other official government Photo ID type. NETELLER will need to see a clear colour copy of the front and back of the identity document.
This is done by either scanning the document with a scanner or by taking a high-resolution digital photograph.

How do I upload my identity documents?

To upload your identity documents, please follow the steps below:
Clicking the continue button will initiate the document upload flow.

Click on "Start Verification" button to start the process of uploading (sending).

Click on the Start verification button to begin the upload process.

Next, you will be presented with two options to upload your ID documents.
1) Use your webcam to scan your document
2) Upload an existing image stored on your computer
Note: This help page will show you how to upload an existing image that is stored on your computer. If you like to view the steps on how to upload your document using a webcam, please click here.

To upload the stored image, click Choose file
Please note: The maximum file size of your ID document cannot exceed 5MB.
The accepted file type is either JPG or PNG.
Click on Confirm after your document has been uploaded.
*Note: Documents are reviewed in the order that they were received. You will be notified by email once your documents have been processed.
Once your account has been verified successfully, the word Verified will appear after your NETELLER account ID on the top left hand side of the window.

Once all requirements have been met, you can sign in to your verified account to enjoy the full benefits, including access to withdrawal options such as the Net+ Prepaid MasterCard, and higher transaction limits!
